Erica Kilgore M.S. CCC-SLP
Erica established Sandpiper Speech & Language Therapy LLC in 2022. She is a board certified speech and language pathologist, holding licensure in the state of Florida, as well as certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She has over 8 years of experience working with children from birth to 18 years.
She graduated with her master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Florida, and continues to stay informed of current best practices. Erica is a recipient of the Award for Continuing Education (ACE), which is for professionals who have earned over 70 hours of continuing education within a three year period, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning.
Erica is passionate about working with the pediatric population and uses evidence based strategies and individual approaches to suit the needs of her clients.

SLP-Assistant
Mariah Arriaga, B.A., SLPA
Mariah Arriaga is a licensed SLPA in Florida and is currently working toward her Certificate of Clinical Competence through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association ASHA. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Mariah is bilingual in English and Spanish and has a passion for helping kids find their voice and feel confident in how they communicate. Before stepping into her current role, she worked in a clinic that offered applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy and occupational therapy, which gave her a great foundation in working as part of a collaborative team.
As an aspiring Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping children build strong communication skills. She is committed to creating therapy sessions that are both effective and engaging, and looks forward to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the families she supports.
