Superbills detailing proof of services with diagnostic codes are available for any out of network coverage your commercial insurance plan may offer. Submitting superbills to your insurance company allows for possible reimbursement for services. It is recommended that you contact your insurance carrier to verify speech therapy coverage, including reimbursement rates of services from out-of-network providers, prior to scheduling an initial speech therapy evaluation with us. A physician's referral will be needed for this service.
